Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 30 articles and made under article 7.23, paragraph 2 of the Water Act, and provisions of the Act on subsidies for Transport, Public Works and Water Management, provides for measures concerning flood protection and prevention. Matters covered by the Decree include: eligible and non-eligible costs for the exploration phase, for the plan elaboration phase and for realisation phase, including: soil remediation measures, waste disposal; application for subsidy; subsidy for research, experiment or demonstration projects.
