Regulation no. WJZ/12363115 of 2012 on enforcement and other matters Animals Act

This Regulation, implementing provisions of article 120b of the Animal Health and Welfare Act, and of article 2.2 first paragraph, of the Decree on enforcement and other matters under the Animal Act, provides for the enforcement of matters under the Animal Act. The Regulation covers the following matters: prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies and other diseases; specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin; traceability of animals and animal products; classification of administrative fine categories; registers and data management; additional provisions for reporting veterinary medicinal products, and the results of Salmonella research; electronic portals for registration of dogs and dog owners; violations of European Regulations provisions; good practices.
