Soil Quality Regulation, no. IENW/BSK-2022/203483 of 2022.

This Regulation, implementing provisions of the Soil Quality Decree, concerns soil quality recognition and environmental soil quality declaration. The Regulation defines the following relevant terms: pollutant agents; standard documents; surface water body; producer of batches of a building material, soil or dredged material; standard research package; water manager; verification inspection; former mining areas; fresh surface water body; saline surface water body. Matters covered by this Regulation include: determination of type of material, as building material; issuing an environmental soil quality declaration for batches of building materials; determination of emissions level; environmental assessment; application for soil quality recognition for the production of building materials; issuing an environmental soil quality declaration for batches of soil and dredged material; declaration based on a soil survey; issuing an environmental soil quality declaration for batches of mine stone and mixed mine stone for use in former mining areas; issuing environmental soil quality declarations for the receiving soil.
