Temporary Climate Fund Act.

This Act provides for reserving multi-year financial resources and making them available for measures that contribute to the implementation of the Climate Act and the European Regulation 2021/1119 establishing a framework for achieving climate neutrality. The Act concerns: greenhouse gas emissions; multi-year climate fund programme; establishment of the fund; purposes of the fund, including: facilitating measures that contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emission, enhancing the transition to a climate-neutral energy supply by 2050, stimulating the implementation of energy efficiency technologies and the application of renewable energy in the business community; management of the fund; content of the multi-year climate fund programme and role of the government; receipts of the fund; expenditure charged to the fund.
