Act on amendment of the Nature Conservation Act and the Environment Act (No. 56 of 2012).

The Act amends article 17 of Act No. 100 with regard to Wildlife - which necessary euthanization is applied to eliminate an immediate and significant risk of personal injury when killing wildlife under direct attacks on livestock, reindeer, pigs, dogs and poultry. The Act repeals article 5 of Act No. 16 with regard to general harvesting right.
