Abstract
This Act specifies requirements with respect to the establishment and the expansion of installations used for fish breeding. The scope of the Act is to enhance a balanced economical development of fish breeding. No construction, fitting out, establishment or expansion of installations for the hatching of roe or the breeding of fish or crustacean shall take place without a permit of the Department concerned (sect. 2). Section 2 also gives a definition of "breeding". No permits shall be given to installations which may cause spreading of diseases, may cause pollution, are not conform technical requirements regarding its location, or the establishment of which is not opportune due to social considerations. The King may issue further regulations respecting permits (sect. 3). It shall be the duty of the Department concerned and an authority to be indicated to do all things necessary for the implementation of the present Act (sect. 4). (7 sections)
