Abstract
The present Act amends article 11 of Act No. 23 of 1995 concerning land use, repealing the prohibiting against the recultivation of bogs. It states that applications concerning the recultivation or downsizing of bogs can only take place when concern to the climate, natural and cultural landscape has been considered through a comprehensive plan approved by the individual municipality.
