Royal Decree of 14 May 2014: this Consitution is partly amended by "Announcement by Royal Decree No. 628 of parliamentary resolution of 13 May 2014 on amendments to the Constitution" (original text saved under nor127896A.pdf). This amendment authorizes the Parliament by a majority decision to edit paragraph, section and reference to the provisions adopted with a new section E of the Constitution of Human Rights.
