Decree No. 103 of 2003 to establish catch quotas for blue whiting in the EU Zone and the zone of the Faeroe Islands, the international waters, the Norwegian economic zone, and the fishery zone of Jan Mayen for vessels which are licensed to trawl for blue whiting in 2003.

In principal fishing for blue whiting within the zones mentioned in the title is prohibited for Norwegian vessels. However this Decree establishes catch quotas for vessels which are licensed to trawl for blue whiting in 2003 for the the EU Zone (2.700 tons), the zone of the Faeroe Islands (900 tons), the international waters, the Norwegian economic zone, and the fishery zone of Jan Mayen (6.500 tons).
