Decree No. 1462 of 2009 to regulate fishing for blue ling.

This Decree of the Directorate of Fisheries prohibits the fishing for and landing of blue ling in the Norwegian economic zone and territorial waters. Exempted from this prohibition of a bycatch of blue ling of not more than ten percent in the catch of other fish species. The Directorate may issue further rules for the regulation of this fishery.
