Abstract
This Decree aims at preventing the abandoning of operation of floating fish breeding installations, prescribes appropriate technical standards for such installations and requirements relative to their maintenance and proper operation.
The text consists of 20 articles divided into 7 Chapters: Introductory provisions (I); Requirements regarding Certification and Inspection Bodies (II); Locality classification (III); Requirements regarding floating breeding plants that were already operating before the date of entry into force of the Decree (IV); Requirements for premises that were established before the date of entry into force of the Decree (V); Maintenance and related matters (VI); Final provisions (VII).
Provisions of Chapter II specify accreditation standards for Certification and Inspection Bodies. Various standards for locality and outfitting are specified.
