Abstract
This Decree makes provision with respect to the Aquaculture Register in which aquaculture licences and other documents regarding the legal status of aquaculture premises are registered. All matters that shall be registered are listed in article 4 of this Decree. Part of this information (regarding licences) shall be registered by the Directorate of Fisheries.
