Abstract
This Decree specifies criteria for participation in fishing in 2011 for cod, haddock and coalfish by Norwegian vessels under and over 28 metres of length north of 62 °N which fish with seine, trawl and conventional gear. The Decree prohibits in principle fishing for and landing of any of these species in the area specified but establishes fishing quotas for each species exempted from the prohibition.
