Decree No. 298 of 2009 relative to authorizations for the breeding of salmon, trout and rainbow trout in 2009.

This Decree concerns the allocation of 65 concessions for the use of marine areas for the farming of salmon, trout and sea trout, of which five concessions shall be for ecological production. The aim of the Decree is to contribute to rational and profitable marine fish farming and the development of coastal areas.
The concessions are allocated geographically. The Decree sets out the procedures for allocation, establishes a fee for the concessions and provides rules relative to the payment of the fee.
