Abstract
This Decree declares Oxytropis deflexa ssp. norvegica and Braya purpurascens to be a protected plants in the whole of Norway. It shall be prohibited to collect, damage or cut these plant. The aim is to protect essential European flora present in Norway and Svalbard. The Department of the Environment may exempt institutions from the prohibition for purposes of scientific research and other actions that aimed at the protection of the species.
