Decree No. 660 of 2000 relative to construction, equipment, operation, and inspection of hunting and fishing vessels of 15 meters total length and larger.

This Decree applies to fishing and hunting vessels of a length of 15 meters and more and implements Council Directive setting up a harmonised safety regime for fishing vessels of 24 metres in length and over of 1997. It applies to newly constructed vessels but in part also to existing vessels. Chapter 9 makes provision for radio communication equipment, whereas Chapter 10 provides for navigation equipment including signals.
