Decree No. 708 relative to coordination and time frames for the handling of aquaculture applications.

This Decree makes provision for efficient handling of applications for the establishment of aquaculture sites in accordance with sections 6, 8, 9, 15 and 16 of the Aquaculture Act. The applications shall be handled by municipal authorities of the area in which the site will be established. Complaints on decisions may be lodged with the sector authority as defined by section 6 of the Act.
