Abstract
The geographical application sphere of the fifth paragraph of section 74 of the Pollution Control Act is extended by this Decree to Svalbard and Jan Mayen in accordance with comma 1 of paragraph 3 of section 3 of the Pollution Control Act. The fifth paragraph of section 74 concerns intervention against acute pollution or the risk of acute pollution.
