Decree relative to a general exemption for countries of the EEA Agreement from the prohibition to import fresh mackerel introduced by Decree of 22 June 1958 (No. 728 of 1994).

The Department of Fisheries grants a general exemption from the prohibition to import fresh mackerel into Norway for mackerel originating from member countries of the Agreement establishing the European Economic Area. This prohibition was introduced by a Royal Decree of 5 June 1958.
