The text of this Decree of the Department of Agriculture consists of 24 sections divided into 4 Chapters: General provisions (I); Aid for the converting to ecological production (II); Area-related aid for ecological production (III); Final provisions (IV).
The aim of granting incentives is to promote ecological production and to meet the demand for organically produced products. Conditions for the granting of both kinds of aid are formulated and application and procedures for the review of applications established. (14 sections)
