Delegation of authority in virtue of the Act relative to forestry on state lands (No. 1186 of 1992).

This Decree gives an overview of distribution of powers and tasks in the Department of Agriculture and the State Forestry Company Statsskog SF in virtue of the Act relative to forestry on state lands (No. 60 of 1992). Statsskog SF shall administer the public forest fund and have functions in respect of the Public Forest Council, land distribution, approval of forest use rules, etc. Statsskog SF may delegate powers to single district offices. Certain specified powers remain within the competence of the Department of Agriculture and Forestry. (4 sections)
