Abstract
The State Grain Supply Office is a public body which is charged with various functions in relation with the grain supply and market regulation policy of the Government. Functions to regulate importion of agricultural products vested in the Department of Agriculture pursuant to specified legislation is delegated by this Decree to the State Grain Supply Office. The Office shall take individual measures regarding prices, quotas and other regulatory measures. Against such measures appeal may be had with the Department. (4 sections)
