Directive No. 873 of 2002 to establish quota factors for fishing for mackerel in 2002.

This Directive establishes quota factors to be used as multipliers with the basis quota for the calculation of single vessel catch quotas for licensed purse seine vessel in accordance with Decree No. 1 of 1979 to regulate access to participation in fishing with purse seine (2.9) and purse seine vessels of a total length between 21,35 of 27,50 metres as defined by Decree No. 1521 of 2001 to regulate fishing for mackerel in 2002 (2.8).
