Abstract
The present document outlines existing Norwegian measures and policies as well as updated projections of emissions and removals until 2030, in the context of the Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No. 269/2019, in which the European Union, Norway and Iceland have extended their cooperation beyond the four freedoms to climate change. This is a preliminary document, as Norway commits to present a White Paper on how it plans to meet the 2030-commitments in 2020.
