Regulation No. 1104 on the protection of "Setersmør/Stølsmør" as a Traditional Specialty Guaranteed.

This Regulation sets rules for the protection of "Setersmør/Stølssmør", a Norwegian traditional type of butter, as a Traditional Speciality Guaranteed. Products complying with the specifications in Article 2 can use the Traditional Specialty Guarantee "Setersmør/Stølssmør", together with the corresponding logo.
