Abstract
This Regulation sets rules with regard to commercial fishing in the territorial waters by Norwegian and foreign vessels, including exploration and experimental vessels and prohibiting Norwegian spring-spawning herring fishing in 2013. Penalties shall be applied in accordance to article 4 of Act no. 11 of 17 July 1925.
