Abstract
This Regulation applies to fishing in Svalbard’s territorial waters and internal waters by Norwegian and foreign vessels of any kind that engage in commercial fishing or assist the fishing fleet, including exploration and research vessels. Fishing for Greenland halibut is prohibited. However, up to 12% Greenland halibut as bycatch is allowed in individual catches.
