Abstract
The Regulation applies to the transmission, distribution, supply and storage of natural gas (not covered by Act No. 72 of 29 November 1996 on petroleum activities). It also applies to safety in the transportation of biogas, gas from biomass and other types of gas through a natural gas system. Penalties of non-compliance shall be fined according to article 339 of the Penal Code No. 10 of 22 May 1902.
