Regulation No. 161 on the conservatoin of Askerud creek nature reserve, Modum, Buskerud.

The purpose of this Regulation is to preserve an area of ​​old forest with its biodiversity in terms of habitats, ecosystems and species, and the area's natural ecological processes. Key values ​​are moist stream environment on calcareous bedrock of limestone forest and old natural forest rich in dead wood. The area includes diversity of species and several endangered and rare species.
