Abstract
It is prohibited for Norwegian vessels to fish and land shrimps in the North Sea, Norway's territorial waters and economic zone south of 62° N; and in the Skagerrak, 4 nautical miles off the Danish and Swedish coasts. It is however permitted for Norwegian vessels to participate, fishing and land a masimum of 2 790 tons of prawns in the North Sea and 3 556 tons of shrimp in the Skagerrak. Of these quantities 10 tons are allocated for research purposes. Activity periods are listed under articles 3-4 of the document.
