Regulation No. 1615 on Protection of Gudfjelløya/Tjåehkere natural reserve, Røyrvik and Lierne municipality, North Trondelag.

The purpose of the nature reserve is to preserve a relatively large forest area with great variation in forest and habitats, as well as its variety of habitats, ecosystems, species and natural ecological processes. The area has particular importance for biodiversity, especially related to tall-herb forest, lime spruce, deciduous forest and rare species such as waterfall fists. It is an objective to maintain conservation values in the most untouched condition, and possibly develop them. Measures implemented for this goal include the ban of trafic, protection of animal species husbandry etc. The natural reserve runs through location / BNR .: 66/4, 66/19, 68/1, 68/3, 68/4, 68/6, 68/7, 68/21, 68/23 in Røyrvik municipality and location / BNR .: 10/3 of Lierne municipality. It covers a total area of approx. 5 498 acres. The purpose of this document includes the preservation of the Sami natural foundation.
