Abstract
The purpose of the nature reserve is to preserve a larger, contiguous forest area that has particular importance for biodiversity in that it contains well developed, coarse grown mature forest that has plenty of dead and standing dead wood. The natural reserve runs through location/BNR.: 5/1 in Eidsvoll municipality and covers a total area of approx. 1 421 acres.
