Regulation No. 1815 on subsidies for the provision of manure for biogas plants.

The purpose of this Regulation is to set rules on granting subsidy to the delivery of all types of manure to a biogas plants located in Norway. Grants under this Regulation may be granted to enterprises that deliver manure to biogas plants provided that they meet the requirements of Regulation No. 1341 of 19 December 2014 on the production and release of grants in agriculture, and that can demonstrate their facility have fertilization plans where applicable. Calculation and rates of subsidies are listed under article 4 of this Regulation and grants are given to amounts over 1 000 NOK. The The Norwegian Agricultural Authority regulates the document and is responsible for the administrative provisions set by the Regulation.
