Abstract
The purpose of the Regulation is to promote active and sustainable agriculture within the objectives the Parliament has drawn up. In order to ensure this, a subsidy shall be granted to commercial entities which regularly operate agricultural production with animal species. Activities seeking subsidy for beehives are exempt from the requirement of production which had to consist of one or more agricultural farming properties.
