Abstract
The purpose of the present Regulation is to ensure theoretical and practical training for the killing of minke whales under animal welfare conditions. It applies to the capture of minke whales by Norwegian vessels. The Regulation describes the yearly shooting tests that must be passed to be able to participate in mink whale hunting/capturing.
