Regulation No. 2613 on Heterodermia speciosa as a prioritized species.

The present Regulation declares Heterodermia speciosa as a prioritized species under articles 23 and 25 of the Nature Diversity Act. The Regulation lays down rules prohibiting the collection, damage and destruction of the species, the species functional areas, permitted use, use restrictions, etc. An Action Plan shall be drawn up with detailed guidelines for the management, care, and other types of measures that are necessary to safeguard the species' ecological functional areas.
