Abstract
This Regulation sets rules for the protection of Parmigiano Reggiano as a designation of origin. Parmigiano Reggiano shall be produced, processed, packaged, labeled and marketed in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1107/96 of 12 June 1996, cf. the product specification as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1571/2003 of 5 September 2003 and No. 794/2011 of 8 August 2011, and the Single document, cf. Official Journal OJ C 87, 16.4.2009, s. 14, as corrected in OJ C 215, 21.7.2011, s. 34.
