Regulation No. 405 on fishing with vessels flying flags from European Union member states in Norway's economic zone and in the fishing zone near Jan Mayen in 2023.

The present Regulation establishes fishing quotas for vessels flying flags from European Union member states in Norway's economic zone and in the fishing zone near Jan Mayen between 12 and 200 nautical miles from the baselines. It establishes fishing quotas for several species, differentiating between Norway's economic zone north and south of 62° N. The Regulation further lays down rules on by-catch of different species, closed seasons for redfish fishing, fishing gear and methods in the described fishing zones.
