Abstract
The purpose of this Regulation is to protect the hermit beetle (Osmoderma eremita) in adherence to the national management goals in the protection of biodiversity. Any form of removal, damage or destruction of the species is prohibited. For this purpose development, road construction, limestone, clear cutting, forest planting, spraying and fertilizing is prohibited. The conservation action plan shall be established with guidelines for management, maintenance and other necessary measures to preserve the species' ecological role in the habitat.
