Regulation No. 531 on the protection of "Skjenning" as a designation of origin.

This Regulation sets rules for the protection of "Skjenning", a Norwegian traditional unleavened bread, as a designation of origin. Products complying with the specifications in Article 3 can use the designation "Skjenning", together with the corresponding logo for designation of origins. The Annex describes the product's origin and link with the geographical area.
