Abstract
The present Regulation declares Black Vanilla Orchid (Nigritella nigra) as a prioritized species under articles 23 and 25 of the Nature Diversity Act. The Regulation lays down rules prohibiting the collection, damage and destruction of the species and management measures for the protection of the species.
