Regulation No. 563 on the protection of "Ishavsrøye Vesterålen" as a protected designation of origin.

This Regulation sets rules for the protection of "Ishavsrøye Vesterålen", a traditional Norwegian fish product from Vesterålen, as a protected designation of origin (PDO). Products complying with the specifications contained in Article 3 can use the designation "Ishavsrøye Vesterålen" together with the PDO logo. The Annex describes the product's origin and link with the geographical area.
