Abstract
This Regulation sets rules for the protection of "Økologisk Tjukkmjølk fra Røros", a traditional Norwegian milk from Røros, as a protected geographical indication (PGI). Products complying with the specifications contained in Article 3 can use the designation "Økologisk Tjukkmjølk fra Røros" together with the PGI logo. The Annex describes the product's origin and link with the geographical area.
