Abstract
This Regulation sets rules of the protection of Gorgonzola as a designation of origin. Gorgonzola shall be produced, processed, packaged, labeled and marketed in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1107/96 of 12 June 1996, cf. the product specification as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 104/2009 of 3 February 2009, and the Commision's Publication of an amendment application pursuant to Article 6(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs, OJ C 111, 6.5.2008.
