Abstract
The Regulation enforces cessation of mackerel fishing by seine-equipped vessels not mark-registered as of 6 June 2013 at 15hr00. Deadline for registration of catch is 6 June 2013 at 19hr00. Independently from this cessation, fishermen are permitted to fish within the guaranteed quota.
