Abstract
This Regulation applies to official controls of products of animal origin for human consumption to ensure compliance with the food hygiene regulations. It implements Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/627 of 15 March 2019, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/624 of 8 February 2019, and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1375 of 10 August 2015. Chapter three lays down provisions on special stamp and identification labelling of fresh meat and meat products from Norwegian reindeer and wildlife animals containing radioactive cesium between 300 and 3000 Bq/Kg.
