Abstract
The present Regulation implements Norway's Ports and Navigable Waters Act, including Regulations enacted under that Act, in Svalbard. It applies to offshore and inshore waters and specifies how different Regulations enacted under the Ports and Navigable Waters Act shall apply in Svalbard. It further contains rules concerning reporting obligations for certain vessels.
