Abstract
This Regulation's purpose is to promote value and fair distribution of benefits by using common areas in the Norwegian coastal communities, and through the distribution and appraisal of the production capacity of fish permits for salmon, trout and rainbow trout. It is prohibited to control 15% or more of the total production capacity in Norway without permit.

Forskrift No. 809 om fordeling og avgrensning av produksjonskapasiteten i tillatelser til matfisk av laks, ørret og regnbueørret i sjøvann.

Act No. 79 of 2005 relating to aquaculture (Aquaculture Act).
Repeals
Decree No. 1800 of 2004 relative to changes in ownership of companies that posses a permit for the breeding salmon or trout for consumption purposes.

Regulation No. 1215 repealing the Regulation on the distribution and control of production capacity in permit for salmon, trout and rainbow trout marine-fishing.
