Abstract
The Regulation applies to quota factor calculation for fishing capelin by trawl vessels (factor 5.36 until 23 March 2012), by coastal vessels (maximum 595 ton from 16 to 26 March 2012) and net fishing vessels (factor 4.23 until 2 April 2012).
