Abstract
This Regulation disciplines the access for youth to participate in all access-regulated fisheries according to Regulation No. 1733 from 12 December 2019, on access to participate in coastal vessel group's fishing and some other fisheries for 2020. Greenland halibut and king crab are excluded. The Regulation lays down rules on equipment, catch quotas, bycatch, and sale.
